Marsha L. Hackenberg graduated from Valparaiso University in 1996 with her Bachelor's of Social Work Degree.  In 2001, she graduated with honors from the I.U. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis.  After practicing in the areas of Elder Law, Estate Planning and Probate for three years, Marsha transitioned to Family Law with a focus on Mediation.  In an effort to provide families with needed services and options both in and out of the courtroom, Marsha is also a trained and Certified Parenting Coordinator, a Registered Mediator, a Guardian ad Litem and a Mediation Trainer.

Jennifer Matteucci is a paralegal/office manager for Hackenberg Law. She is also a Professional Mediator, Certified Parenting Coordinator and a Parenting Time Supervisor.  She has been working in the legal field since 2006. Her focus is to help those in need of legal services who cannot otherwise afford to pay for such services. Sliding scale payment options give people in our community the option to have the legal help they deserve at a reduced cost. She loves mediation because you can think outside the box and you're not bound by red taped and restrictions.
