When a child is born outside of marriage, parents may have questions involving their rights and responsibilities.  By Establishing Paternity of a child, a new type of relationship is created for both parents and the child.

Collaborative Law is a non-adversarial approach to divorce based upon three key principles.  First, a pledge not to go to court.  Second, an open and honest exchange of information by both spouses.
